Dwayne Haskins died Saturday morning in Florida.

Dwayne Haskins died after being hit by a dump truck while walking on a Florida interstate.

Hoskins was driving I-595 in Broward County "for unknown reasons," Florida Highway Patrol Lt. Indiana Miranda said in an email.

Miranda also said that the Huskins were trying to cross the westbound lanes when the truck hit them.

Haskins was found dead at the scene.

Dwayne Haskins was just 24 years old.

"Huskins quickly became part of our Steels family when we arrived in Pittsburgh," Tomlin wrote.

Also, Dwayne was a great companion. He was also a great friend to many people.

Hoskins had a brief stint with the Washington team before joining the Steelers. Which is now known as Commanders.

The franchise selected Hoskins in the first round of the NFL Draft in 2019 before releasing it in late 2020.
