The Future of the New York Rangers is bright

The New York Rangers gave the best shot in the final of Game 6 in Tampa on Saturday night.

But it was against a lighting team in which they all saw what a modern day Stanley team looks like.

The Bolts dominated the pick-up game.

Goalkeeper Andre Vaselio leaned against Ski. Star forward Steven Stamkos scored twice to give the Blue Shirts a 2-1 victory.

Now there is no doubt that thousands of Rangers fans will be waking up today with a matter of sorrow.

There are positive things to keep New York away from the playoffs this spring.

It is possible that these teams are not at the level of Tampa yet.

They have a lot of components of the championship caliber team that could do even more damage next season.
