Meghan Markle made a short appearance at the Queen's Jubilee
The return of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to the UK on the Queen's Platinum Jubilee is a big deal.
This is the first time a royal couple has attended a grand royal ceremony after their thrilling farewell to the senior royal family.
They have since moved to Montecito, California.
Royal observers weren't expecting to see Meghan and Harry during Trooping the Color on Thursday morning.
It was decided that the couple would not pose for a balcony photo of the traditional royal family.
During the ceremony, spectators watched the royal couple, along with other family members, watch the parade from the Major General's office.
While watching Trooping the Color Parade, they are having fun and playing with Mike and Zara Tandel's children Mia and Lena and Peter Phillips' daughters Savannah and Isla.
At the ceremony, Meghan looked stunning in her navy attire.
Along with this dress, Meghan was also wearing a big white hat.
The queen announced last month that she was reducing the group that would be appearing on the balcony with her this year.
After much deliberation, the Queen has decided that this year the traditional trooping will appear on the colorful balcony on Thursday the 2nd.
