Former NRL star Manu Vatuvei jailed in New Zealand over drug importation
Former New Zealand rugby league star Manu Vatuvei has been convicted of importing methamphetamine.
The sentence is three years and seven months
The 36-year-old former Warriors winger pleaded guilty in the Manukau District Court last year to representation.
Vatuvei was arrested in 2019 following a major police operation.
